Description
Iron Phoenix Fitness will host PFLAG Rome’s January meeting with a mobility fitness class! This class is free and open to anyone 13 years old and up. Focusing on invigorating dynamic stretches, as well as relaxing static holds, the goal of this 45-minute mobility class is to have participants feeling and moving better through increased range of motion and decreased muscle tension.
Bring your own yoga mats if you have one, or you may borrow one from the gym.
